KevCor Construction Services, Inc. offers a unique service concept to anyone involved with new residential or commercial construction or remodeling projects. KevCor works closely with the property owner, general contractor, sub contractors, lenders, and material suppliers involved with construction projects.

Kevin L. Hilligoss is President and Owner of KevCor Construction Services, Inc. He has over twenty five years of experience in finance, accounting, construction escrows, and management. During those years, he has learned the mechanics of real estate and construction loan processing and closing. His management skills were also realized during his years of working with several local companies. Mr. Hilligoss's extensive management experience led to his employment with an established local title and escrow company. Here his skills in management and marketing were expanded to a broad business base as a result of the specialized concentration of the title company.

As a result of his desire to own his own business and his extensive experience in management and finance, Mr. Hilligoss formed and opened KevCor Construction Services, Inc. in 1998. Since its inception, he has directed all operations, growth and expansion into new market areas.

To date KevCor Construction Services, Inc. has two offices in the Metro-East and serves more than twenty counties in Illinois and Missouri. Both offices were opened with the desire to provide quality service and a convenient location for customers.

KevCor Construction Services, Inc. Carries its own Errors and Omissions Insurance and is duly registered as a Title Insurance Agent for Investors Title Insurance Company, and is an authorized corporation of the states of Illinois and Missouri.

Our staff have many years of experience in this area and has developed a reputation of dependability. From the first groundbreaking to the finished product, KevCor will be there monitoring and reporting the progress. A pictorial history will be offered upon completion of all projects.
