KevCor will review each payout request presented during the project. No payout will be made to a contractor without written consent and instructions from you, the property owner.

KevCor will be responsible to make "property inspections" on a regular basis and inform all parties of any discrepancies in the payout requests.

KevCor has two convenient locations to provide you with a place to meet with your contractor, make your payout requests, review your construction file and to pick up your payout checks, if necessary.
